At Continuum Attractions we bring stories to life. We’re a dedicated bunch of people with over 30 years of experience developing commercially successful visitor attraction businesses. Our central support team offer our expert guidance to a growing portfolio of visitor attractions based across the UK.
Working as part of our People Team you will develop and implement a recruitment strategy that enables our portfolio of attractions and support office to attract, engage and onboard high calibre talent who share our values and are committed to achieving our vision.
As our internal recruitment expert, you will work in partnership with the teams at our visitor attractions to provide advice, coaching and support on sourcing strategies and best practice recruitment and selection techniques.
This is a key role responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience and a robust and inclusive recruitment and selection process.
As our internal recruiter, you will be expected to manage the full cycle recruiting process. You must have experience of managing numerous recruitment campaigns, building relationships with external organisations/agencies and reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
You will have a brilliant eye for detail. You should genuinely like working with people – it is really important that you are approachable and friendly. With such a varied workload and a small-dedicated team, it is important that you cannot only work in a team but that you are also proactive and able to identify where support is required with little guidance.

Contract: 37.5 hours available. Permanent Contract. (Hybrid working – set 3 days office, 2 days’ work from home)
Travel to our portfolio of visitor attractions is a requirement of this role.
Salary: £35,000 per annum
