Our central support team offer our expert guidance to a growing portfolio of visitor attractions based across the UK.

As a dedicated member of our IT team expect a fast-paced role providing support to our portfolio of visitor attractions and support office. You will provide 1st line support for Continuum Attractions’ central data systems which include EPOS, Bookings, Stock control, Memberships and CRM.

You will be liaising with 3rd parties, escalating faults as necessary whilst updating and maintaining support tickets via the Helpdesk.

Tasks include ensuring the booking systems for each attraction are adequately administered, maintained and supported, for the purposes of selling tickets for all attractions and any related events and products throughout the year – at the correct prices! Therefore, all applicants should have a keen eye for detail and have experience of accurate data entry.

This role will involve both remote and on-site support so we require all candidates to have a full UK driving license.

Training will also be provided so you can deliver effective support of our system (FuseMetrix) and you will become one of our system experts – allowing you train the team and create training modules for the system ensuring effective and correct system usage at the attractions.

You must be able to manage numerous requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints submitted through our IT support ticket system.

There is also opportunity to develop your wider IT knowledge working on other IT tickets once you become a system expert!

Contract: 37.5 hours available. Permanent Contract. (Hybrid working available dependant on working days)

Hours: As our attractions are open 7 days a week this role will work on a rota basis which will include weekend work to ensure there is always support available to the sites. Therefore, all candidates must be available to work weekends.

Requirements: All applicants must have a full, valid driving license as this role includes visiting attractions to support.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
