Survey Monthly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This Prize Draw is operated by Continuum Attractions
1.2. The following terms and conditions apply to the prize draw Survey Monthly Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”).
1.3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the Prize Draw, how the Prize Draw will be run and the circumstances in which We may withhold all or part of the Prize and/or disqualify you. Your entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Prize Draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. In these Terms and Conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings:
Prize:The prize is 1 x tickets for four (4) people to visit a Continuum Attraction of the Winner’s choice from the following: The Real Mary King’s Close, York’s Chocolate Story, The Emmerdale Studio Experience, Emmerdale The Village Tour, Coronation Street The Tour, Oxford Castle and Prison, The Canterbury Tales, GreenWood Family Park or Emirates Spinnaker Tower. The visit can be taken within one year of our email informing you that you are the Winner, but is subject to availability of the attraction (for example, please note Emmerdale The Village Tour, Coronation street The Tour and GreenWood Family Park only operate on selected dates and close in the Winter months). Coronation Street The Tour visits must be taken in 2019. Your Prize visit must be booked at least one week in advance by email or phone as per the instructions in the Winner’s email. All reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the Winner’s preferences but the final decision will be made by Us and the chosen attraction. Special events and experiences are not included, tickets must be used for general admission/a standard guided tour at the chosen attraction.
Entry Criteria: By receiving and completing an eligible survey and leaving your email address when prompted, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Start Date: The competition will run for those who have visited a Continuum Attraction from 1st April 2019
End Date: The draw will take place around 7 days and within 30 days after the last surveys have been sent to visitors that month. For example, the winner for the prize draw for March visitors will be drawn around 15th April.
Notification: We will attempt to contact the winner within 7 days of them being drawn.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 16 and over (at the time of entry). Employees, partners or contractors (and their respective families) of the Continuum Group or any of its attractions are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and Prize may be withheld until and unless Continuum Group Ltd is satisfied with the verification.
4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria between the Start Date and the End Date.
4.3. Entries to the Prize Draw must be received by Us between the Start Date and the End Date inclusive. Any entries received by Us outside this period shall not be considered regardless of the reason.
4.4. You may enter the Prize Draw only once per survey received., However, you may enter multiple times if you have visited mulltiple attractions and therefore received multiple survey links.
4.5. Unfortunately, We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Draw which We do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition We cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt.
5. WINNER
5.1. The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
5.2. Details of the Winner’s name may be disclosed by Us on Our website and social media platforms and may be disclosed if requested by other entrants. By entering the Prize Draw, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the Winner.
5.3. The Winner should acknowledge Our email confirming the Prize within five days of notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such Winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected by Us or the Prize Draw may be withdrawn.
5.4. Winners shall not resell, offer for hire or otherwise transfer the Prize to any third party
6. PRIZE
6.1. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner will receive the Prize.
6.3. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is strictly non-transferable.
6.4 To redeem the Prize, the Winner must book their at least one week in advance of their visit date. All reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s preferences but the final decision will be made by Us and the chosen attraction. The Prize cannot be redeemed online or at the attraction.
8. YOUR DATA
8.1. Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our privacy policy which governs Our use of personal data we collect from you. Any communication you receive will be in relation to the competition.

9.2. Winner’s name will be made available on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope by Us or by contacting datarequests@continuumattractions.com
9.3. All enquiries regarding the Prize Draw (including requests for the name of Winner) must be received by Us within 28 days of the Notification Date of Prize Draw.
